Last days in England
We have had a brilliant visit with Susan in the UK and the trip came to an end all too quickly.
We decided to take Daisy and Bella to Dog McGogg Hill where they can run off-leash with other doggie friends. They just love it here! Although Daisy was all arthritic getting into the car, when she realised where she was, the arthritis miraculously disappeared and she was off and running to see who was there to play with. Bella was also keen to play, but she was very concerned to keep check of where Susan was and keppt running back to check on her.
Afterwards we went to the nearby McGogg Farm and had lunch there. They allow dogs to sit outside with their owners at picnic tables in the sunshine.
We still had washing to retrieve from the line at home, last things to pack etc, so we went back home to Susan's place.
Her friend Hamida called and came over to visit with her husband and two kids. John ran up a batch of scones at short notice, which went down well with the kids especially.
Barb and Susan spent the evening catching up on the last of the TV shows they enjoy watching together. How will Barb cope with no more Coronation Street?
